The lean agile Professional Kanban assessment can be used to help teams identify areas of improvement, growth goals, and impediments and measure continuous progress. In the spirit of Professional Kanban (ProKanban.org), the assessment is also framework agnostic and can be used for "traditional" Kanban teams and any Agile team.

Assesses the ability to visualize work within a Kanban system.

A Kanban Board is used with highly-visible commitment/delivery points
A Definition of Workflow (DOW) exists and is easily viewable by everyone

Emerging (2)

Work Items that are blocked are highlighted and easy to see by everyone

Metrics are transparent in our physical and/or digital workspace, and interested people can easily access them
